- New PAN Card applications
- PAN Card corrections and updates
- PAN Card reprint requests
- e-PAN downloads
- PAN verification
- Distributor and retailer management portal
User Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services.
- One account per user — duplicate accounts may be suspended.
Wallet & Payments
- Wallet balance is non-transferable and non-refundable except as per our Refund Policy.
- Service charges are deducted from your wallet for each PAN service processed.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Current prices are displayed on the pricing page.
- Failed transactions will be refunded to your wallet within 24-48 hours.
User Responsibilities
- Ensure all PAN application details provided are accurate and truthful.
- Do not use our services for any fraudulent or illegal purposes.
- Do not share your account credentials with unauthorized persons.
- Report any suspicious activity on your account immediately.
Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Violate these Terms & Conditions.
- Engage in fraudulent or suspicious activities.
- Provide false or misleading information.
- Abuse the platform or its services.
Intellectual Property
All content, logos, trademarks, and software on this platform are the property of the company and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
We strive to provide accurate and timely services. However, we are not liable for delays caused by government authorities (NSDL/UTIITSL), technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
Modifications
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
